This building could not properly repel the weather and the windows deteriorated rather quickly damaging the structure below. Offshore Shingle was called in to make it right.
We eradicated all that was lost and ended up replacing the windows and rebuilding much of the supporting walls as well as some of the flooring underneath.
Our carpenters work closely with our roofers assuring the necessary repairs are completed correctly and in a timely fashion, keeping the work progressing toward a smooth finish.
In the end, after rebuilding the walls and replacing the windows, the building was restored to better than new condition, and it remains a beautiful outbuilding on the client's property.
